Q. Do your tours include international airfare?
International flights are generally not included in the tour price. We would be happy to help you arrange flights; just ask for an air quote when we confirm your tour.
Q. Can you help arrange my travel visas?
Requirements for travel visas vary widely depending on your nationality and your destination. Although we are unable to arrange visas on your behalf we can assist in pointing you in the right direction.
Q. What vaccinations are recommended for a tour?
It's important that you receive the most accurate and up-to-date travel health information for the region you will be visiting. The only one qualified to provide you with this advice is your family physician or a specialist from a Travel Health clinic.
Q. Are airport transfers included?
Most tours do not include airport transfers unless otherwise stated. If a transfer is not included and you would prefer a pre-arranged transfer these are usually available at an additional cost – just let us know at the time of booking and we can provide you some options.
Q. Can I book extra nights of hotel accommodation before or after my tour?
Yes, please just let us know your plans at the time of booking and we can ensure this is incorporated into the tour package.
Q. Why is there no instant confirmation of tour availability?
The nature of last minute tours means that while all care is taken to display tours with available spaces, we like to confirm with the tour provider that those spaces are still available.
